Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Novedah ("we," "us," or "our") collects through demolink.cloud and our related communications, and how we use, share, and protect it.
1. Information we collect
When you email us, submit your website address for review, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you send us directly, including your name, email address, phone number if provided, business or website URL, and any other details you choose to share about your business or project. If you become a client, we may also collect billing information and project files needed to complete your work.
2. Information we do not collect
We do not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or behavioral analytics on demolink.cloud. The site may load Google Fonts. Google may receive standard technical request information, such as your IP address, when delivering font files. We do not control Google's processing of that information or receive it directly through the font request.
3. How we use your information
We use the information you provide to review your homepage, prepare a proposed rewrite or quote, communicate with you about your project, deliver completed work, and handle billing where applicable. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not build user profiles for marketing purposes.
4. How we share your information
We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. We may share information with service providers who help us operate, such as our email provider or hosting provider, only to the extent reasonably needed to provide our services. We expect those providers to protect the information they process for us. We may also disclose information if required by law or in response to a valid legal request.
5. Data retention
We keep project-related information for as long as reasonably needed to complete your project, respond to related questions, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. After that, we delete the information or remove identifying details where reasonably practicable, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or we are required to retain it.
6. Data security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information you share with us, including limiting access to project files and communications. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live and subject to applicable law, you may ask us to provide a copy of the information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, or delete information we hold about you. 8. Children's privacy
Our services are intended for business use and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18.
9. International visitors
If you contact us from outside Canada, your information may be transferred to and processed in Canada, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The version posted at demolink.cloud is the current version. We will update the “Last updated” date when changes are made.
